Interior Design Courses Go Back

The quality of interior design courses at Inchbald is acknowledged throughout the interior design professions. Among our graduates are many ‘first league’ designers currently working in domestic or commercial interior design. Studying an interior design course at the Inchbald School of Design, whatever the level or duration, is a challenging and enjoyable experience.

The one-year core Diploma course in Architectural Interior Design prepares successful graduates for professional practice, with the development of practical and aesthetic design skills that are informed by an appreciation of what design is about, together with drawing and presentation expertise. If you require further intellectual depth in your studies you can apply for the Postgraduate or Masters courses in Architectural Interior Design.

Inchbald’s short training programmes are independent courses focusing on interior decoration and complementary vocational skills related to interior design. If you are just starting out they work as introductions to further interior design courses, or as discrete skills-building elements if you are already involved in the profession.

Tutors at the interior design school are working designers who are recognised for their creative input and for their professional standards. Lecturers are drawn from relevant practices and academic institutions. The provision of practical and focused interior design courses, delivered in a structured yet open manner, allows Inchbald to make the development of each individual’s talent and potential its highest priority.
