Helen Green Design Foundation – Inchbald School of Design Bursary
Helen Green was a passionate designer and mentor, she possessed a unique ability to inspire young designers who sought to follow in her footsteps. In her memory Helen’s family have created the Helen Green Design Foundation. The Foundation’s objective is to help talented individuals pursue their passion in interior design.
The Foundation will offer bursaries for design courses, grants and support for career development. The Inchbald School of Design is delighted to partner the HGDF in memory of Helen, one of its most distinguished graduates.
Annually, HGDF will offer one ambitious and creative candidate the opportunity to undertake an in house Interior Decoration Course at the Inchbald School of Design. In addition, the Inchbald are also offering an annual placement on their one year Online Interior Design course. Please state the title of the course you are applying for and by submitting your application you hereby confirm your interest and availability to join your desired course from April 2018.
HGDF and the Inchbald are committed to encouraging and nurturing new talent for many years to come.
Applicants need no previous knowledge of interior design and HGDF and Inchbald are primarily looking for imagination and passion for the subject.
Applicants are invited to apply for the bursary for the one year Online Course in Interior Design and the 10-week In-house Interior Decoration Course. Please specify the course for which you are applying in your application.
Submissions will open in November 2017 and applicants will be asked to complete a project and submit it digitally to email@example.com by Friday January 26th 2018. Please click here for the design brief and the plan elevations.
Successful applicants will be notified personally that they have qualified either for the next stage or for a bursary and details will be included on both websites.
