Vectorworks Level 1 introduces students to the software and to simple, and then more complex drawing and editing techniques in 2D, in order to produce professional standard plans and elevations. By the end of the week, students will have experience in basic 3D modelling and wall creation, and will understand how to access the ready made 2D/3D objects that are an integral part of the programme.
Vectorworks is a user friendly program and is much used by interior designers, garden designers and architects. Once the principles are understood, they can be applied to other CAD programs.
To demonstrate the various methods of drawing in Vectorworks via a series of demonstrations and exercises. By the end of the course, students will be able to generate technical 2D drawings.
