An award-winning garden designer and Inchbald graduate, TJ has spent more than twenty years working across horticulture, landscape construction and garden design, developing a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of the profession. Her practice combines timeless design principles with a deep commitment to biodiversity, sustainability and craftsmanship, creating gardens that are both beautiful and enduring.

TJ is passionate about helping students understand the relationship between concept, construction and place. Her extensive practical experience enables her to bridge design theory with real-world delivery, encouraging students to create thoughtful, buildable landscapes that respond sensitively to their environment. Alongside leading her successful design practice, she continues to explore traditional crafts, ecological design and contemporary approaches to creating gardens that enrich both people and nature.
