The Annual Graduate Exhibition is the highlight of the Inchbald academic year, showcasing the creativity, talent, and dedication of the next generation of Interior, garden and landscape designers. Held at the prestigious Design Avenue, Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, this exhibition offers a unique opportunity to discover emerging design talent and explore the innovative ideas developed throughout the students’ studies. Prospective students are warmly invited to attend and gain first-hand insight into the quality of work, teaching, and opportunities available at Inchbald. It is an excellent chance to meet current students, learn more about the courses, and experience the inspiring environment that has launched so many successful design careers. For employers, design practices, and industry professionals, the exhibition provides an invaluable opportunity to identify and connect with talented graduates entering the profession. Whether you are seeking future employees, collaborators, or simply wish to support and engage with the next generation of designers, this is an event not to be missed. The exhibition takes place at Design Avenue, Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, Lots Road, London SW10 0XE, and is open to the public from 10.00am–4.00pm on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 July, and from 10.00am–12.00pm on Friday 10 July. Admission is free and there is no need to book—simply come along and be inspired.

Join us for an Open Day at Inchbald for a glimpse of student life. The session starts with a welcome from our Directors, Alan and Andrew, who will share insights into our approach and how we’ve influenced top designers worldwide. Enjoy refreshments, and meet our tutors and alumni. Faculty will be available to discuss courses and answer questions. The event concludes with a tour of our studios. Whether you prefer in-house or online study, part-time or full-time, discover why Inchbald is a top choice for design. Open day sessions last approx. 2 hours. Our next event will be held in July at 10:30 am and 6 pm - a booking form will be linked below once the date is announced. Booking is required, limited spaces available.
Graduating from Inchbald is an important milestone for all students. Their hard work and dedication is marked with a ceremony where they receive their qualification from the Dean. A number of special awards are presented at this event for exceptional work judged by industry luminaries who have included Monique Tollgard, Marcus Barnett, Nina Campbell and Suzanne Trocmé.
Inchbald is deeply committed to maintaining its excellent links and relationship with the professional design world, which is what makes Inchbald a powerhouse of design education. The Spring lunch is a networking opportunity for current students to forge connections with luminaries of the garden and interior design professions. Hosted by the Dean, students, alumni, studio owners and media come together to pool ideas and connections and strengthen the bridge between education and career.
