Tony Taliadoros BA Hons, PG Dip.
Tony Taliadoros joined Inchbald in January 2014 as a visiting Studio Tutor and was appointed to the position of Senior Lecturer in February 2015. In June 2018 he was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of the Architectural Interior Design Faculty.
Tony’s professional experience includes the design of hospitality, leisure, retail and office spaces for a national and international client base, for both land based projects and the luxury cruise ship industry. In addition to this he has extensive experience of working with both clients and architectural practices collaboratively in the Middle East. In 2009 he set up T2 Design, a consultancy specialising in Retail, Leisure and Hospitality design.
His clinical experience allows him to provide significant insight to his students, enabling a more informed and professional approach to their studies. He is also responsible for raising the standards expected by the Interior Design profession through the procurement and inclusion of seminars delivered by design and construction industry specialists who have collaborated with him throughout his career.
Having a consultancy based career of over 25 years and prior to joining Inchbald, he joined the internationally based Istituto Marangoni Fashion and Design School in London, initially tutoring 3rd year Interior Design students before being appointed as the Programme Leader for the Interior Design Faculty.
Tony has a BA (Hons) Interior Architecture from Middlesex University. He also has a Postgraduate Certificate specialising in Academic Practice awarded by Manchester Metropolitan University, further enhancing his ability to communicate methods for developing student’s individual talents.
